Confidentiality – FCC staff sign confidentiality agreements prior to being assigned to a client/program. This means that the staff member is responsible for ensuring that information about the client/family/program is safe guarded at all times.
Rights of the child served – FCC staff have reviewed and been trained in the The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child as well as the Child Youth Family Service Act (CYFSA) rights of the young person in care.
Duty to Report – FCC staff follow the Duty to Report mandate.
Conduct – FCC staff promise to provide professional and ethical care that places the needs of the client/family/program first. Staff agree to provide support to clients based on the resource guidance of specified needs.
